Job Overview

The role of a Customer Service Officer is pivotal in delivering exceptional service experiences, while promoting water safety awareness and fostering a dynamic work environment at our aquatic centre.

  • Deliver outstanding customer interactions in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on services, operational hours, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurately logged in our system.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
  • Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages.
  • Manage cash transactions and operate EFTPOS machines securely.
  • Effectively handle emergency situations and challenging customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain valid Working with Children Check certification.
  • Possess Child Safe Environments Certificate.
  • Desirable: Provide First Aid training.
