We are seeking a skilled Paint Shop Team Leader to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our team of painters, preppers, and spray apprentices to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality paint finishes in accordance with processes and procedures
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualification in painting
- Experience in the Collision Repair industry
- Australian working rights and a valid driver's license
