Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to fill a temporary full-time role within our Educational Delivery team specializing in Transport and Logistics.

As an educator in this field, you will have the chance to shape the careers of aspiring professionals by sharing your extensive industry knowledge in various educational settings.

This position is under the supervision of the Educational Team Leader.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $88,547 to $118,528 (gross) per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants must hold a TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations or an equivalent qualification, along with:

  • Current industry skills relevant to the training provided
  • Knowledge in vocational training and assessment
  • Evidence of professional development in vocational training

Additionally, candidates must possess one of the following training and assessment credentials:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with additional qualifications; or
  • TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or
  • TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or
  • TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development; or
  • TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development; or
  • A higher-level qualification in adult education approved by our institution.

Note: Proof of qualifications and industry experience will be required during the interview process.

Desirable Attributes

Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

  • Advanced digital literacy across various platforms
  • Experience in refuelling, fuel tankers, and heavy diesel systems
