**About the Role**:
As the Retail Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the retail division. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage, motivate, and develop your team through effective onboarding and continuous training.
- **Customer Focus**: Drive the customer loyalty program and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee stock management, merchandising, and roster management, ensuring the store runs efficiently.
- **Recruitment and Development**: Actively drive in-store recruitment and build a team that reflects our commitment to customer care.
- **Positive Culture**: Promote a harmonious workplace, resolving any team concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

**About You**:
We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

- **Retail Management Experience**: Proven experience in retail and people management, with a focus on team building.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to guide and motivate others, driving both personal and team success.
- **Results-Driven**: Experience with budgets, wages, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Compliance Ready**: Current police check or willingness to obtain one.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Previous experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
- S2/S3 medications certificate (highly regarded).
