We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of professionals in maintaining and managing facilities.

About the Role
  • Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level ensuring completion within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.
  • Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables working within a safe and efficient manner to ensure high quality maintenance planning.
  • Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to maintain a sustainable safety culture.
About You
  • Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
  • Possess relevant trade qualifications such as asset management and facilities management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement customer service and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills strong computer skills and ability to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management site management sub-contractors and clients.
