Secure Project Coordinator

The Secure Project Coordinator will lead and coordinate complex projects within secure environments, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
This role involves direct project leadership, team coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Defence or Military sector, or in a similarly regulated environment.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and completion of secure facility projects.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project objectives with organisational security goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule integrity and security standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates on project progress to internal teams and external partners.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality and security standards.
