Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate complex projects within secure environments.

  • Direct the planning, execution, and completion of secure facility projects to ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project objectives with organisational security goals, ensuring the right outcomes for all stakeholders are achieved.
  • IDentify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule integrity and security standards.
  • Serve as one of the primary liaisons for internal teams and external partners, providing clear and consistent updates on project progress.
  • Oversight of project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality and security standards.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A high degree of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A proven track record in managing projects, particularly those involving Secure Zones and SCIFs.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills, capable of conveying complex security protocols in a clear, professional, manner.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
  • A commitment to upholding Omni's values and ethical standards.

This role requires an Australian Citizen with a minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in project management within the Defence or Military sector, or in a similarly regulated environment.
