Strategic Operations Director

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our operational backbone, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business expansion and international presence.
- Lead finance operations, oversee delivery, optimize processes, and drive people operations.
- Partner with the CEO on capital strategy, partnerships, and culture; and collaborate with the CTO on product innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mapping and scaling delivery processes across functions, ideally with embedded technology tooling.
- A track record of implementing or aligning with risk frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Experience in scaling systems and processes.
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS metrics, budgeting, compliance, and people systems.
Bonus Qualification:
International experience across AU, UK, or North America is a bonus.
