Caring Health Worker

We are seeking a qualified individual to contribute to our team as a Health Care Worker. The role involves delivering high-quality care to clients under the direction of nursing staff, with a focus on providing person-centered services.
The successful candidate will have completed a Certificate 3 or higher in Health Care at TAFE and hold current First Aid and Food Safety Certificates. Influenza vaccination is also required. About this Role- Job Summary: Deliver quality care to clients, collaborate with other personal care workers and registered nurses, and liaise with managers to improve service delivery.
- Deliver Quality Care: Ensure a person-centered approach when providing care to clients.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with other personal care workers and registered nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Liaise with Managers: Address issues and improve service delivery through effective communication.
