Senior Hydraulic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hydraulic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our submarine maintenance and workshop operations, you will be responsible for delivering technical services and leading a team of skilled technicians.

About the Role
  • You must be a qualified mechanical tradesperson with hands-on experience in hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • You should have strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to repair and refurbish complex equipment.
  • You will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
About You
  • You hold mechanical trade certification or equivalent experience.
  • You have training and/or certification in hydraulics.
  • You possess previous experience in leading teams and mentoring others.
  • You hold a valid Australian Class C driver's licence.

To be successful in this position, you must also be able to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance as defined by AGSVA guidelines.
