The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Sommelier, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a luxury or fine dining environment. Certification from a recognized wine education institution is highly preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and guest engagement, are essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are also required.
