Job Role Overview

The Chief Concierge is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of the Concierge and Bell Desk teams, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure at a luxury property.

  • Lead daily operations of the Concierge Desk, Bell Desk, and Porte Cochere to deliver high-standard service excellence.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance the arrival and departure experience for guests.
  • Develop and implement service standards, best practices, and procedures to consistently meet or exceed guest expectations.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Chief Concierge in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills to motivate and guide a team of 30–40 members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining options, and events.
