
Health Sector Content Manager

Are you looking for a new career challenge in the health sector? We are seeking an experienced Health Programs Development Editor to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of patient-focused health programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong editing, writing and project management skills, with experience in producing high-quality online and digital health communications. They will be responsible for coordinating all stages of the development process, from content creation through to finished product.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with a view to working 1-2 days per week in our office. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills and expertise, and participate in creative team events.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- • Prepare program templates, review content and work collaboratively with clients to align the program's purpose with platform suitability and user experience
• Provide program design and content support, utilising your editing and writing skills and enhancing key behaviour change strategies
• Coordinate programs through all stages of the development, review and approval process, managing receipt of program components and assets, and following up with clients and internal stakeholders to provide deliverables on time
• Edit and prepare approved content for platform implementation
• Proofread, check and verify all digital assets prior to program launch
• Prepare HTML (HubSpot) program summary pages, to assist with the marketing and promotion of health programs
• Analyse program results post-launch and provide recommendations for improvements and updates
**We're Looking For Someone Who Has:**
- • Tertiary education in Communications or a similar discipline
• Previous or similar experience (2+ years) in an editorial-style role producing high-quality online or digital health communications for healthcare professionals and patients
• Strong copyediting, proofreading and copywriting skills
• The ability to shape content for different target audiences, with particular emphasis on educational / instructional design content for patients and healthcare professionals
• Portfolio management skills, taking ownership of the development of a range of programs whilst paying attention to detail and delivering against agreed milestones and metrics
• The ability to critically assess and analyse program results
• Experience in a client-facing role or working with a team of external stakeholders
