At our factory, you will work alongside a skilled team to manufacture, package and dispatch high-quality concrete paving products. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with automated equipment that enables us to produce premium products efficiently.

  • Hand crafting / machining stone edges with hand tools is an essential skill for this role.

  • Automated batch plant machine control (Large cement mixers) requires precision and attention to detail.

  • Manual fine adjustment and quality control of production processes are critical to ensuring the highest standards.

  • ABB robot operation demands concentration and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Using forklifts to load and unload shelves, trucks or shipping containers is a crucial aspect of this role.

  • Picking / Packing scheduled orders and assisting clients in a timely manner is key to success.

  • General factory organisation and development require strong organisational skills and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using concrete batching machines, stone crafting, completing calculations, using forklifts, ABB robot operation and general production environments.

Our facility is based at Bibra Lake Headquarters, and the position is available for immediate, full-time start. Training is provided, and depending on individual strengths, roles may include manual adjustments, packaging, and quality control.

Physical strength is often required to complete duties, especially when inspecting or part-packaging products.
