Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Stocktake Assistant to provide support across all Woolworths divisions around the greater Sydney Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately count and record stock levels to meet company targets and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff, and contractors by adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and mathematical ability.
  • Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Abide by company policies and procedures, including standard of dress.
  • Be available to work a flexible casual roster from Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and late nights.
  • Periodically travel on trips away for up to four nights, staying in twin-share accommodation at the expense of Woolworths.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff in a fast-paced team environment.
