We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Site Coordinator to support our team with on-site assessments and basic maintenance coordination for commercial projects.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in evaluating maintenance jobs and minor fit-out works on-site, conducting site visits, assessing the scope of work, recommending necessary solutions, and providing rough cost estimates.
This is a part-time position requiring 2-4 hours per day, 2-3 times per week. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in general trades, with commercial maintenance and fit-out experience preferred.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of job site practices and workflow, who can communicate effectively with tradespeople and property owners, and ensure work aligns with industry best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits for commercial maintenance and fit-out projects
- Performing basic assessments and small maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicating effectively with tradespeople and property owners
- Providing on-the-spot job recommendations and rough cost estimates based on experience
A key focus area will be ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
