Job Title

The Senior Consultant plays a key role in delivering expert services, advice, and strategic guidance to clients within a particular field or industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Leading project teams, advising clients on best practice, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard is crucial for this position. The Senior Consultant will manage client relationships, plan and execute projects, coordinate project teams, contribute to business development, deliver high-quality services, and maintain quality control.

  • A bachelor's degree with professional experience in the education sector is required. Experience designing human-centred learning experiences, developing online learning, and applying knowledge of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practice, and educational technologies is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think adaptively and innovatively using a design thinking approach, proficiency in digital education technologies used in curriculum design, including learning management systems, audiovisual tools, and interactive media are necessary for success.
  • Demonstrated initiative and autonomy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also important qualities for this role.
