Allocator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Allocator to join our Concrete Contact Centre in North Ryde. As an Allocator, you will play a critical role in coordinating the dispatch, utilisation, and timely delivery of our Concrete trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Work with team members and Production to maximise service
  • Ensure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedule
  • Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery
  • Comply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements, and company health & safety
Requirements:
  • Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service and solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with navigating multiple systems
  • Well-developed problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
