Intermediate/Senior Accountant Role

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. You will ensure accurate tax lodgements, identify planning opportunities, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient tax team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance obligations for clients.
  • Supporting senior accountants, managers, and directors in delivering advisory services.
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as their first point of contact for accounting and tax matters.
  • Communicating with third parties, including the ATO, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in public practice and working towards CA, CPA or IPA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
