About this role


We are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join our Financial Planning team as a Senior Client Service Officer.



Key responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the client service process from end to end, ensuring exceptional service experience for our clients.
  • Prepare and process Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and fee consent documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with product providers and follow up on applications, transfers, and rollovers.
  • Maintain accurate client records in XPLAN, ensuring compliance obligations are met.


About you
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Client Service/Client Relationship role within Financial Planning.
  • A high level of insurance knowledge and experience is essential (Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection, Business Insurance).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in XPLAN is required.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong client and adviser relationships.
