Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chromatography Data Processing Engineer to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing chromatogram data processing algorithms in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced chromatogram data processing algorithms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and define deliverables
  • Communicate project progress and report to leadership
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, or bioinformatics
  • 2+ years' experience in scientific algorithm implementation and large data manipulation
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Python, and understanding of legacy C++
  • Experience with numerical methods, regression, statistics, and machine learning

Desirable qualifications include experience with legacy C++ programming, processing chromatogram data from UV and MS detectors, and working with Empower or similar CDS software.
