Position Overview

In the role of Sales Support Team Member, you will be instrumental in managing customer orders, addressing inquiries through various communication channels, and streamlining processes to achieve collective goals and outstanding outcomes. By prioritizing customer needs and making informed decisions, the Commercial Sales & Fulfilment Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of The Good Guys Commercial, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the timely delivery of customer orders and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Manage backorders and conduct regular follow-ups on invoices.
  • Process sales and quotes to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
  • Identify and escalate issues to initiate corrections and mitigate risks.
  • Adhere to established protocols for issue escalation and contribute to business investigations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stores and other departments to resolve purchase-related challenges.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Support professional who thrives in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various systems concurrently.
  • A reliable and punctual work ethic.
  • Experience with contact centers and Zendesk is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
