Occupational Therapist Role

We provide therapeutic services to participants living in various areas, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Our mission is to help people achieve their full potential by providing life-changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health and wellbeing, and function.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
Key Qualifications:
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Passion for working with vulnerable members of the community
  • Desire to share knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
