Clinical Pharmacy Leader

This is a key leadership role that oversees the management of pharmacy services across various medical disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe use of medicines within our hospital environment.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of our pharmacy services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective service delivery.
- Supervise specialist pharmacists in perioperative medicine and provide guidance on best practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to direct, plan, and review pharmacy services, optimizing outcomes for patients.
- Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA or eligibility for registration.
- Advanced experience in hospital pharmacy, particularly in surgery and perioperative medicine.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Pharmacy Australia guidelines and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
