The Barback position is a vital part of providing exceptional guest experiences.


Key responsibilities include preparing the bar area with necessary food, beverages, and serving equipment prior to events.

During service, Barbacks maintain an efficient flow of supplies, ensuring bars remain stocked with food, beverages, and service items at all times.

Following events, Barbacks collaborate with bartenders to clean and pack up the bar in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
  • Restock bars as needed to prevent depletion of essential items.
  • Collaborate with bartenders to efficiently manage event logistics.
