We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Build Manager to join our team in the Greater Adelaide region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and manage trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, TRADES AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • E nsure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • DELIVER QUALITY HOMES ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGETED GUIDELINES
  • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
  • DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF TRADES ON SITE, SUPPLIERS, COMPLETION OF PAPERWORK AND OTHER ADMIN TASKS
  • Weekly KPI reporting

Requirements

  • Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and/or a strong trade background
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems
  • HAVE COMPLETED THE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION INDUCTION COURSE/WHITE CARD
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • SOLID PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS, INCLUDING EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING AND DEVELOPING A TRADE NETWORK
  • Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong IT/administration skills

This role offers a salary between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
