Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong understanding of resident-centered care principles.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an online medical assessment prior to formal offer, in order to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.

As a Personal Care Worker with Infinite Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while also enjoying a supportive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 year experience working in the aged care sector, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of resident-centered care principles and practices.
