Are you looking for a career that makes a difference in the lives of Australian farmers? Our 24-month Agronomy Graduate Program is an opportunity to grow your skills and training in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a graduate, you will be part of a cohort of ambitious professionals who share your passion for agriculture.
Throughout the program, you will have the chance to participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and be assigned three mentors to provide ongoing support. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and leadership, while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.
You will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for agriculture. Additionally, you should have graduated prior to the commencement of the program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
