Graduate Sustainability Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant. As a key member of our building services team, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of innovative and sustainable projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across different sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, retail, and residential. You will be responsible for performing sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, managing green building certification, and developing strategies for water conservation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform sustainability design analysis and develop innovative solutions to reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our zero carbon design criteria
  • Develop and implement strategies for reducing energy consumption and emissions
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in engineering, the built environment, or a related field
  • Experience with ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, and LBC
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for creative and intuitive design
