Restaurant Operations Manager

W Hotels is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at W Sydney. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage alcohol beverage service in accordance with local laws.
- Drive service excellence and set a positive example for guest relations.
- Assist talent on the floor during peak periods and high-demand times.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback based on observed service behaviors.
- Supervise the restaurant and related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Discounts on hotel rooms and food and beverage across Marriott International properties.
