Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar in Manly. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets
- Manage costs and productivity while driving sales goals with passion and enthusiasm
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals
- Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables
- Availability for weekends and late nights
- Ability to create an outstanding looking venue and deliver a fantastic dining experience for customers
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
- Certification in restaurant or food service management
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards
