About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Support Specialist to join our team at Epiroc. As a key member of our Compliance & Governance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective implementation of our compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and broader Compliance Team, as directed.
  • Monitor and follow up key compliance action due dates and help to administer Epiroc's key compliance programs.
  • Support Epiroc's entity-level risk assessment process by following up with risk owners and by assisting the Compliance Manager with the completion and documentation of periodic internal control testing.
  • Assist with the administration of Epiroc's property portfolio, including support for lease payments and property matters.
  • Support the Compliance Manager and Property, Insurance and Governance Officer with tasks related to company formalities and governance.
Requirements
  • A background in and understanding of administration practices.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured approach.
