THE ROLE

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to be based at our CBD Head Office. Reporting to the Compliance Team Lead and working as part of an existing team, this role is responsible for ensuring our workforce holds the relevant qualifications to be company, trade, industry, client, and site compliant.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with new employees via phone, email, and text to ensure all required Linkforce funded training is booked and completed prior to their mobilisation
  • Booking employees into training courses and medical appointments with external providers
  • Actioning training requests and processing purchase orders
  • Reviewing training qualifications and identifying opportunities to upskill existing employees
  • Running compliance training matrices for all employees and performing training gap analysis to ensure qualifications, licences, inductions, and documents are correct and current
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of current client-specific requirements and compliance processes and procedures
  • Monitoring the compliance group email inbox and phone line, ensuring all communication is actioned in a timely manner

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, or a role with a transferable skillset:

  • Demonstrated experience within the mining industry or knowledge and understanding of compliance processes and principles within the mining industry – advantageous
  • Customer service experience with proven ability in a high-volume and demanding environment
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability to familiarise quickly to new systems/programs
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines and within a team
