Job Title: Shelter Operations Manager

This role requires a skilled professional to oversee daily operations at the shelter, fostering an environment that supports both staff and animals.

  • Continuously improve shelter operations while promoting staff development, planning, and community engagement
  • Making key decisions and reporting outcomes in alignment with organizational values, goals, and regulations

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, strong shelter operations knowledge, excellent communication skills, high-level organisational skills, and experience with digital animal management systems. They must also possess sound knowledge of WHS responsibilities and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
