Enhance Customer Experience

The role of an Associate in Fx Sales involves developing strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders, educating and assisting them on Fx and Fx-linked products. This includes working with bankers, global markets specialists, and account managers to facilitate seamless activation for customers with Fx needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educating and assisting on Fx and Fx-linked products.
  • Triage internal Fx leads, conducting assessments to confirm appropriate pricing and service channels.
  • Driving retention, adoption, and active usage of Fx and Payments services across multiple channels, with a focus on digital channels.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in financial services or relevant corporate experience.
  • Proven success in growing a portfolio and/or achieving specific sales and service targets.
  • A deep interest in financial markets products and services.
  • Sound business acumen combining excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven commitment to compliance with regulations, policies, and processes.

Tertiary qualification and AFMA accreditation are desirable.
