Requirements

  • Extensive experience in wireless telecommunications, network infrastructure, and field operations.
  • 3+ years' experience in a supervision or field management role.
  • Working at heights ticket is required.
  • Rigging ticket/experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Values safety, integrity, accountability, and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Australian driving license.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
