We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Project Architect/Designer to join our team in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion.

  • You will lead and manage the full DA life cycle, including conceptual design, DA documentation submission and ongoing coordination.
  • You will steer the creative design process to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client needs and sustainability.
  • You will act as primary contact for clients, managing objectives and expectations.
  • You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to meet milestones, quality standards and deadlines.

About You

">

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of studio experience in architecture in Australia, a degree or diploma in Architecture, and Revit proficiency - 5 years minimum. You should have a thorough understanding of NCC and Australian Standards, experience in leading and managing full DA life cycle, and architect registration and D&BP registration preferred but not required.

Your Role

">

As a senior member of our team, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of architectural projects. You will oversee every stage of the DA process, from conceptual design to DA documentation submission and ongoing coordination. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into practical, innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Full DA Life Cycle Management: Lead and oversee every stage of the DA process.
  • Design Direction: Steer the creative design process to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client needs and sustainability.

Key Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in architecture in Australia.
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture.
