Job Summary

This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional member service while ensuring the safety and security of our warehouse. The Member Service Assistant will be responsible for welcoming members, verifying membership cards, and conducting hourly building safety and security checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular safety and security checks, including inspecting the building and perimeter, addressing any issues found, and recording incidents.
  • Provides a warm welcome to members entering the warehouse, verifies their membership cards, offers assistance as needed, and maintains a clean environment.
  • Monitors entry and exit areas, uses handheld counters to track member movements, and ensures secure building access.
  • Submits regular reports to the Front End Supervisor and maintains accurate records.
  • Maintains visibility in high-traffic areas, discreetly observes armored deposit pickups, and responds to emergencies as needed.
  • Checks items brought into the warehouse, greets departing members, and verifies receipt accuracy.
  • Prioritizes member needs, provides solutions to issues, and delivers prompt and courteous service.
  • DIRECTS MEMBERS TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, OFFERS ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING, SHOPPING, ETC., AND MONITORS EXIT DOORS.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of service.
