Key responsibilities include performing customer sales and service transactions with customers, managing high value transactions accurately, conducting and processing identity services transactions, promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities, and assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You'll thrive in a team environment and are ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do to make a difference in the community.
