About the Property Manager Role

The Property Manager is accountable for supporting senior management with operational tasks, including handling compliance matters and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves coordinating financial reports, attending meetings, and overseeing properties within a portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Coordinating monthly reports and compiling tenancy activity data.
  • Attending forum meetings and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Drafting reports for authorisation.
  • Coordinating annual tenant satisfaction surveys and calendar events.
  • Organising team meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Managing property allocations and coordinating rent payments.
  • Attending strata meetings as necessary.
  • Contributing to business processes and monitoring expenditure.

About You

Candidates should possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A valid driver's license and immunisation records are also required.
