ECCO Supply™ is seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating and bidding on commercial projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site visits and take-offs to accurately estimate project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates, including quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry-related associations to promote ECCO Supply™ products and services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial estimating or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
