Product Design Manager Job Summary

Drive the delivery of high-quality products from inception to end of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure products meet expectations.
  • Cross-functional coordination to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and gather client feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years in product management within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, Jira, and Aha.
