Our organization is seeking an accomplished Project Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade project in Wollongong on a short-term contract. This hands-on role will suit a leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the project on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment.



Job Description:
  • Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors effectively
  • Develop and maintain excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Exhibit strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment
  • Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting accurately
  • Ensure works are completed to a high standard and meet all specifications


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects is essential
  • A trade background or construction qualification is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities are required
  • Ability to run a well-organized and efficient site
  • Proficiency with Procore and Hammertech software
  • Current White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
