As a Cyber Security Strategy Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping us shape the future of Westpac's information security strategy. With a strong focus on building and maintaining a robust cyber security posture, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies that mitigate risk and ensure the long-term security of our systems and data.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies that align with Westpac's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data and systems.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on cyber security best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in information security or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and methodologies, including risk management and compliance frameworks.
