Delivering Exceptional Client Service is key in this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for Account Management of mid-market to enterprise level accounts across all industries, dealing with C-level executives.

This position would be focused on our Financial Risk Management platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships through regular face-to-face and over the phone interactions.
  • Upselling and renewing existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
