Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This is a dynamic and high-impact position that puts you in the driver's seat of our service delivery.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals.

Your role will involve exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partnering with specialists within the branch, and keeping up with constant change.

  • Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs
  • Process transactions, handle cash, investigate queries, and assist with paperwork
  • Embody an attitude of lifelong learning and bring your brilliant mind to develop your career
  • Build connections and support communities while having fun along the way

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Innisfail. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
