
Customer Success Engineer

This role is responsible for driving customer success by removing technical barriers and enabling customers to maximize the use of our products and features.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical enablement, introducing new features and products, and demonstrating their application within customer environments to drive positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share technical expertise, tools, and frameworks that address common customer challenges outside current product and service scopes.
- Develop and deliver engaging technical training curricula to accelerate internal and customer onboarding and value realization.
As a successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, focusing on Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data, or distributed computing. You will also have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as strong technical writing abilities.
