Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to lead technical onboarding, support and retention. Our flagship product is a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solution designed to streamline the most difficult steps in the adaptive RT (Radiation Therapy) workflow, from detection to decision support. This role sits between our customers and our engineering team, perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, communicates with clarity and empathy, and builds trust through patience and technical expertise.

What You Will Do
  • Lead installations, configurations and ongoing technical support, both remotely and on site
  • Act as the main link between customers and engineering - gather feedback, escalate issues and help prioritise improvements
  • Manage and track tickets using Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global customers and team members across time zones, with some flexibility outside standard hours
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in software engineering or related technical field
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally with experience working between customers and internal product or engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Jira or similar tools to manage support workflows
  • Excellent communicator - calm, clear, and professional
  • Patient, people-oriented and committed to delivering a premium customer experience
  • Proactive and accountable, with a focus on long-term customer success and retention
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, oncology or regulated technology environments
  • Familiarity with clinical software or radiotherapy systems
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, cross-functional team
  • Experience with Linux and Windows system administration
  • Experience with Docker
