About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive attendee acquisition for executive events through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

This role focuses on cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage and secure high-level event attendance.

  • Conduct cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential event attendees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective attendees to increase engagement and attendance.
  • Use CRM systems to organize outreach, track engagement, and report on progress toward attendance targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event operations to align on attendee acquisition strategy and goals.
About You:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or audience acquisition roles, ideally in B2B events or marketing settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience using platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
