Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

We're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare experiences, pushing boundaries to make our vision a reality. As part of our Asia LatAm Growth Markets team, we're constantly innovating and striving for excellence.

This role will focus on delivering tailored solutions to enhance sleep health experiences across all interactions and pathways. Your key objectives include:

  • Crafting exceptional consumer experiences through personalized engagement
  • Identifying and converting sales opportunities by engaging with consumers
  • Promoting our product range and services to existing and potential consumers
  • Demonstrating ownership of the omni-channel experience and nurturing a pipeline from initial enquiries through to processing sales and after-sale support
  • Advocating for and educating consumers on continued usage of our products and services throughout their ongoing sleep health journey
  • Achieving sales targets while providing outstanding customer service

The successful candidate will be based at our campus, offering a fitness centre, café, and onsite parking facilities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years' sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads to sales
  • Experience working towards targets and embracing change
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and dealing with challenging consumers
  • Ability to work autonomously and interpret instructions

You'll also have knowledge of Australian Consumer Law relating to Retail and Manufacturers, proficiency in using Salesforce, Cisco phone systems, and MYOB.
